For reference, the recent 20% off deal at JR Duty Free got 1L Grey Goose down to $58.

damn.. should have bought a lot more in US .. lol $30AU

    • that's exactly what I did lol. Brought back a few bottles of Jack daniels honey and southern comfort (dunno if it's meant to be nice)….but price wise was like half of aussie prices!

Don't buy from the duty free stores, find a local dans equivalent and pack in your checked luggage instead.
1L goose at LAX was $50-55. At Lee's discount liquor (Nevada chain) it was like $28-32 depending on exchange rate

  • best Vodka IMO

    • Thanks.

    • You should try the Grey Goose VX… incredible quality.

      • I didn't know it existed until now :/

  • ciroc is better

I'd rather buy at Dan Murphy's for cash back and discounted wish cards. And my local DM is much closer than my local FCL.

  • The Costco Kirklands brand vodka is very similar to (rumoured to be the same as) Grey Goose. It's less than half the price.

I have it on good authority this is overpriced and overmarketed.

    • The police?

        "Top men."

  • Belvedere > > > grey goose >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ciroc (marketed rapper rubbish vodka)

Theres garbage vodka, and then theres vodka. Its not Whiskey, aged in fancy or less fancy barrels etc. Buy what you like but if you think youre getting "high end" vodka like you might with whiskey, youre fooling yourself. Leaving out garbage vodka, the major difference with vodka is what its made from, grapes, grains, potato etc. Vodka is a much less sophisticated spirit.

  • Grey Goose is one of the greatest marketing cons of all time. If you want premium vodka look elsewhere.

  • All you guys talking about marketing, I don't think I've seen even a single Grey Goose ad, product placement, or literally any kind of marketing at all.
