  If anyone goes to this homeshow avoid Kevlah Homes at all costs. Don't waste your time and thousands of dollars like I did. Worst mistake of my life. They are there every year. It's the only way they sign new customers. You've been warned.

      I would rather not go into specific details about my case online but ask the builder for a recommendation from his recent clients in Strathmore, Brighton, Preston, Essendon x2, Werribee and Newport. Bet you he won't give you anyone in Melbourne's inner suburbs. Lots of disgruntled clients with this very small builder. Surprised he's still operating as he can't get jobs moving quickly enough. Most jobs appear to go a year over contract and he harrassess you for his money when payment is due despite having 7 days to pay. He doesn't have his own trades but claims he does. He jumps from trade to trade. These trades also come hounding you for money. He avoids meeting with clients and sends his site manager who refuses to answer questions. They ask you to put everything in writing but don't reply. They ask for 100% of payment for variations up front. They don't tell you this before you sign the contract. They make false claims about you, constantly accusing the clients of holding up the job, as a way for them to buy time. It goes on and on and never ends. As I said, don't say I didn't warn you. I would honestly have payed an extra 30k to another builder who quoted the job than have to deal with this company.

    You need to use the coupon code at the top of this post. That will reduce the price to $13
