  • Do you avoid the GST since its below $1000 i know there changing the law soon but it does say excludes gst (10%)

    • I haven't ordered from Newegg before but from their website it sounds like they'll charge GST?

If it hasn't changed from before, then goods shipped from their US warehouses don't incur GST (unless total value's over $1000?), but if it's from the Australian warehouse then GST will be added at checkout.

already locked in my australia warranty evga 1080ti for $999 with PLE. feels good.

    • did you get the free game that came with it?

      • i will when it's delivered yes

      • well, actually maybe i won't since it says redeem by the 18th and I doubt i'll get my card before then. Depends on whether it goes by purchase date or registration date.

        • contact them now - you should have a receipt of purchase / emailed invoice, they will want the serial .. but at least start the process now.

Actually it says 'purchase' by 18th, then redeem ect, so I believe as long as you have an invoice to upload (I have done this method before) that has a date on it to prove you bought it before the 18th I really think you will be fine, I am awaiting the very same card and I fully expect to grab one of the games no problem.

  • This one is better and more expensive……$991 Bargain !!!

    • Out of stock for another ~3 weeks.

    • +1

That's without shipping added though. But yes the much better cooler's worth the $70 over the FE price.

  • Hoping the rx vega pushes down its price even further. Im still up in the air whether to build a new comp this year or wait for Volta.

    • Prices will soon start coming down, when all other vendors start releasing more model cards, as is the case when there are more cards on the market.

To keep track of the card you want, keep in mind that at the moment only bhphotovideo.com and Newegg are the only ones that post to Australia. Keep refreshing this page https://www.newegg.com/global/au/Product/ProductList.aspx?Su… because they go in and out of stock regularly. Ridiculous prices here in oz…just sayin…
