Don't bother with Intel in 2025, much better off going AM5 with something like a R5 7500F or R7 7700.
This 12th gen is still competitive on this price. No issues like 13th 14th gen, DDR4 compatible, better and cheaper motherboard chipset, and similar performance with 7500F.
Not worth the spend if you don't already have an lga1700 board.
Multi-threading performance is significantly better but you are in for an additional $400-$500 to also upgrade your RAM and motherboard.

So it is CPU only? That's a kind offer, but the i5-12600KF consumes much more power than the i5-12400 (125W TDP vs 65W), so I expect it would be wise to use a higher performance cooler.
