Many of those are just not compatible with double-sided M.2. This means all. 0.3W idle power difference isn't a big deal though.

This is better for M.2 enclosures and laptops. KC3000 is somewhat better on desktops

T500 is worse than KC3000 due to worse controller generating more heat and being less reliable
