Keen to ditch Foxtel, total waste of time & money as we rarely watch it. The only useful feature is the IQ3 & the ability to record shows (almost always free to air) which is generally the news whilst putting the kids to bed.
Anyone suggest another option ? The IQ3 has quite a friendly interface which the wife is happy with… changing this will be unpopular if it's hard to use !!!
Get a Fetch Tv box as suggested above they can record free to air and you have access to Movies to purchase and netflix/Stan Etc.
Hi - when you cancel Foxtel they will probably offer a deal where you keep the IQ3 box for a $2-3/month (but no Foxtel content). I'm presuming they do this to keep the subscriber count high.
They will offer a lot of deals to retain you.
Thank you all. Got Foxtel to cut the cost to $26 per month for the base package which helps for now :)
