        A launch price is not a bargain just because you intend charging more tomorrow. You and I know a dentist is not involved.

          Ah yes, you can tell our lawyer wrote those. Be assured, we're all about happy customers. The spirit of our return policy is, indeed, that if you're unhappy, you can return the product for a full refund. Some of the other guys, indeed, do make an assessment - "Show me a photo of your teeth? What do you mean it didn't whiten them?" that kind of thing, which isn't the spirit of our return policy at all.

          I'll get in touch with our lawyer to see if I can make some amendments.

          Point is, we're confident enough in our product that you won't want to return it. :)

    Overpriced, as you're not getting a professional grade whitening agent with which to achieve the best results. Only qualified dentists can use the "dentist grade" caustic agents, in conjunction with precautions like dental dams and under close personal supervision, and get immediate and lasting results.

    Yes, it's a custom tray that can be reused if you are too cheap to invest in proper cosmetic treatment (much cheaper overseas - Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan), but the inconvenience of having to do this over & over again because it's not high strength whitening agent, versus 1hr in a dentist's chair, is not worth it.
