  I have enrolled and spent, but I didn't receive any confirmation email for either action. Normally Amex will send you emails on every step you made with their promotions. Did you guys get any emails about this promotion?

    I didn't, but at the same time I couldn't remember if I had hit "submit" so I entered the form again and it told me I was already enrolled.

      Same here, I registered again and got the same message. Yesterday night I went to supermarket and checkout with Android Pay. I didn't receive any confirmation. That's not how Amex normally run the promotion…
