Xiaomi Soocas / Soocare X3 Sonic Toothbrush $52.99 USD/~$70.62 AUD Delivered @ GearBest

100

Flash sale on the soocas x3 sonic toothbrush (updated version)

Used to be called soocare x3 have a round button smaller battery and slower brush rate more like the Phillips Diamond Clean
Although this model has 37200 times/min with a 1000mah battery the philips is 31000 times/min with a 800mah battery.

Not 100% sure but I think the philips brush heads are compatible as well. Wether this toothbrush is better well I cant find a comparison online but the specs say so and xiaomi doesn't usually let down in the hardware department.

This is the best price I have seen this for outside of china you can get it for 299 yuan ~ $57.71 AUD on their own website but it seems to be china only http://home.mi.com/shop/detail?gid=233

Happy brushing ____ .~-.

I know this is an atypical question on OzB with regards to toothbrushes, but where can one source replacement heads?

"When you are using the toothbrush, you should not use Bluetooth function or it can't work normally."

    Huh ???

    • +2

You cannot stream music to the toothbrush whilst it in your mouth.

What about answering phone calls ?

        • +8

The only person that would understand you on the phone with a toothbrush in your mouth is your dentist

Remember those vibrators where its intensity changes with music being played?

        • +1

No. What sort of music did you play?

    the specs say so

They don't have a great record of being reliable in many cases.

I would say thats more of a translation issue than fake specs tbh. There are many Australian companies who get the specs completely wrong as well it doesn't mean the product is bad or not refined it can just be a lack of communication by the time it gets to market its clear from the reviews all over the web that this product is good.

        • @seanludo:

          perhaps

    Bluetooth seems overkill here.

    • Not if you're on call 24/7

    • everything's better with lanya

    • It makes up for lack of band 28.

Xiaomi really have a wide range of products, from smart toilet paper to mobile phones…almost everything you can imagine :)

    • They need to make Xiaomi Food xD

      • Trust me you wouldn't want to eat them if exists

  • what even, i feel dumb using a normal tooth brush

  • Does this use a LiIon battery or NiCad's like the Oral-Bs?

Is the app actually in english ? There's some reviews that say it's in Chinese only.. not a dealbreaker but curious to know.

    • Answering my own question, it looks like it uses a 14650 Li-Ion battery.
