what about the interest on the 60c it costs you to buy the stamp, up until you get the refund ???

    • +1

What about the interest on the money you spend to buy the cheese?
The cheese is almost 10x the cost of a stamp!

But seriously if money is that tight that you need the interest on $7 over 2-3 weeks you should probably be working out how to save money rather than get free cheese.

You could easily offset said interest with the relative value of your protein-enriched faeces in lieu of soil nutrients for your garden, after eating Tasmanian Blue cheese of course.

It states on the site that they will refund the 0.60 postage :P

  • Hi! Thanks for sharing this .There is any limits for the house ?

  • I wish these guys would take Schicks example and offer paypal cash back. Much easier for the consumer and them. I would try but can't be bothered with postage and cheques - what can I say Im lazy!

    Good bargain none the less.

    • and offer paypal cash back

      No thanks.
It would cost me $0.30 + 2.4% to receive the cash back

So paypal would take $0.4512 from my $6.30 cashback
      That is 7.12%.
Sure 45 cents might not be much but put that across thousands of people and paypal makes a heap of money for doing absolutely nothing.

      • iirc Paypal don't charge personal accounts withdrawl fees anymore

      • Schick did offer the cheque option… less than 50 cents not to have to go to the bank and post box is worth it.

  • Sounds good to me!

  • Tried this cheese yesterday and it was delicious!

  • It says in the terms and conditions you have to print the claim form out. If you don't have a printer, have registered on the computer and complied with all the other terms and conditions, they reject your claim. Mine was truly badly mouldy on the outside edge and I threw it out. So I paid $5.99 plus postage for nothing…..Not only that they changed their letter of rejection to include the words "and printed as per terms and conditions".
