  • Looks nice, however they also reduce the portion per plate. Like sushi sashimi used to be 8 pcs now is only 4 pcs… :) but enjoy it while it lasts.

    • if this is true (portion is halved), considering today's date, i suspect this post is only for the purpose of advertisement.

      • I replied about the portion size (below).

No this is not an advert.

I would have posted this 2 weeks ago, but found I couldn't submit for 24 hours, and haven't had time since. So posted today as I thought better late than never. You still have 2 days to take advantage of the offer.

    • I think it might depend on who is in the kitchen as to the portion size. Ok, I'm not sure about the sashimi, not something I eat, so not something I have a memory to compare with. I have noticed that sometimes the Salmon Nigiri as smaller, but not always (smaller in size not number).

  • meh, sushi train in Haymarket is $2.80 for all plates, or $2.50 with your student ID or Market City parking ticket. That's for every plate! And handroll sushis!!!

    Did I mention that it's two-dolla-fifty?!

    • the one in front of the cinema?

    • Which location is this? It's not listed as Haymarket on their website. Is it the one at the City Cinema Centre in George St? I NEED CHEAP SUSHI!

      • This (original post) applies for the Sushi Train in Bathurst Street, just near Town Hall (been then and got the discount). And the one in the George Street cinema (according to the advert).

The Haymarket place mentioned I think is the one about Paddy's markets (at a guess).

  • The buffet restaurant in Seven Hills-Toongabie RSL has sushi all you can eat, as well as plenty of other dishes. Around $20-$23 depending if you're a member/senior/visitor.

    • You can get a $20 sushi all you can eat at sushichoo near wynyard station, george st.
Behind world square there's a $10 all you can eat Korean place that has some minor sushi rolls too.
