There are some pop vinyls that don't show up on that list cos they're not $2 but still cheap @ $6.95 and what not. so make sure you search if you're looking for a specific one.

people here are silly.This deal links to the online store, which regularly puts items up that they don't have stock for in an attempt to get people to pay for the memebership, which is non refundable. They then cancel the order but not the membership costs, scamming people out of $25.

You silly, silly boy. I bought my textbooks online, even used their new ZipPay system. I then walked into the B&M store and picked them up. You call me silly yet you can't even put 1 + 1 together.

There's a whole bunch in the melbourne Uni store for $2 each.
I've bought books from this store since 2011 (previously known as The Co-op Bookshop Online ABN 70 009 937 160). They announced they had over 2 million customers on 13/9/16 and I think it's quite safe to say they're legit.
They sell books fine in their Physical stores.
But everything else they sell online is always a wary purchase.
See the Samsung galaxy deal, and the forum post..I've only bought from them online. I believe they ship from multiple locations which means that stock management is difficult and often inaccurate especially for low stock or hot items. Dick Smith in the past used to have the problem where the website shows low stock, but when you walk into the store, it's missing, damaged, a used demo or they can't find the item. After notifying staff, I'd check online the next day, and the system sometimes will still show stock available.
Usually the error is not intended to deceive, but it's just an inaccuracy of their system which does not get updated when stock is damaged, stolen, 'demoed', misplaced etc. That's why companies have stock checks, but it is a costly, time consuming, mind numbingly boring task which gets avoided when possible.
I'm not defending Co-op in particular, but it's just the nature of buying online in a world where there is human error. That's why Amazon etc try to use minimal human intervention for picking and despatching goods - less errors, higher profit margin. It just means less jobs for us humans and more for robots, automation, drones and computers.
honestly you wont receive anything from this online store and you'll just be wasting your money, unless you go in and visit the store which i doubt they have any of these left
Last time I ordered the ps4/xbox one $5 game deal, they honored 70% of my order and said the rest is out of stock. Still pretty good imo. I would say it would be good if you already have the membership from the previous deals

I just made an order for about 7. I also ordered during their $5 game sale. I received 2 of those games and went on to resell on Gumtree for profit while they fairly quickly refunded the games that were out of stock. Their site is fairly dodgy but if you are already a member like me (signed up when buying textbooks a while ago) it's worth a shot. :)

Picked up the Ghostbusters collection! They are bigger and better vale on display for $2 each. Shipping is $6.95. So for $12.95 you can have a bit of a novelty on display!
Don't buy anything from them online. Odds are that you will never receive it. Their customer service is nonexistent.

I'm pretty sure there was an Ozb post last year (or more) about returning your membership fees when you no longer want to be a member. I was told the same when I joined many years go.

Not a scam but just a poor stock count system. With sales such as this one, you run the risk of not having your order fulfilled. Their terms and conditions state that the membership fee is not refundable, but I'm sure you can dispute this with them or at least get your bank to cancel the payment if your order does not get fulfilled.
Whether it's a click-bait type of sale to get members? debatable.

I went into the store today on campus bought a bunch for family and friends. It was not advertised they were $2 but majority scanned for that price. I also made a big order and it still processing so be interesting to see. I have spoken to them today and they were super helpful and mentioned that they would be phoning around to find everything in my order. They also mentioned ozbargain users buying all the phones.
One lady at the store commented I should sell for profit and if that was the case I would be buying all of them not just the ones I was interested in for people. I bought 2 of the large ones with the cars and they commented they should get one and I gave it to them as there was only 2 left. They are $49 everywhere else. Definitely a bargain if interested.
There is also a glitch on their site allowing people add to the carts after sold out.
I meant the store worker said I should sell for the profit but was not the reason I was in there. I also gave away ones to staff when they realised they were $2 and should've got one instead of giving to a friend as I had another one I had purchased.

Got an email saying 7 of the 24 pops I ordered would be shipping. I rang up and was told they would not be sourcing any more pops or ordering any more in. Still happy with the price as i ended up getting 7 for the price of one at retail cost.

The earlier Funko order hasn't shipped but I'm not an avid collector, it was just a few things for the desk at work and some shelves around the house for cutsey value.
All up, saved an absolute bundle so I'm happy.
Got an email today saying my order is partially sent. 4 out of around 20 items. Now the wait to see what the go is with the rest of my order.
Well, lesson learnt. Ordered 15 as soon as this offer appeared on here. Got an email just now saying that 14 out of the 15 are out of stock. So that's $27 (because of the $25 membership) for one? Yeah, not going to happen guys. Charge back ahoy.
Received notification that my entire order has been shipped. Ordered 7 Pop Vinyls and a few other items. It appears that everything has shipped and is with Australia Post.
Happy to say 10 of the 13 Pops I ordered were delivered last Thursday, they were good in emailing and apologising that 3 were out of stock and they also refunded to my PayPal account quickly. Thankfully a happy experience here! :)
It seems about $250 of my $700 order has been refunded and the rest shipped. Received 4 Parcels so far and have tracking for another 13 In transit
I've received maybe 50% of what i ordered.
Some things I really wanted but still haven't received things like Dalek salt and pepper shakers but of my pop purchases, my sets are ruined :( I got CP30 but no R2D2, Voldemort but no Harry Potter. I Got the 11th and 12th Dr sonic screwdrivers but not 4th or 10th. and the one POP I REALLY wanted was the open Dalek which never showed up
But scored some massive deals like Doctor Who s1-4 on DVD for $20. I ordered mostly non-Pop stuff so figured I might get more fulfilled than I did. Haven't received a refund or anything to say they'll ship more.

It is interesting that some people have been refunded immediately but others like me haven't. Which makes me curious.

Out of my order I got R2-D2, Yoda and Ewok. They refunded me for BB-8 Thumbs Up, C-3PO, Chewbacca & WALL-E :(
But they also refunded my S7 + S7 Edge orders. Inventory system is atrocious!

I got 2 more notifications today for more stuff. The amount they're wasting on postage on single items is ridiculous. So far they've only refunded one item. But it's about 20 items all coming in dribs and drabs which is annoying. I wish I used a parcel locker for it now.
Received about 40% of what i ordered on monday. i noticed on the invoice for the ones that didnt come through under the B/O column they had a 1.
emailed to confirm that meant backorder.B/O refers to backorder, meaning we don't have any stock available. Unfortunately our clearance sale was for discontinued stock which we are unable to get more stock in.
The items that have a 0 in 'QTY' and 1 in B/O are unable to be supplied and our store has processed a refund for these items.disappointed i never received an email telling me they were out of stock and were going to refund.

Took them 9 days, 5 phone calls (being hung up on twice, once on hold for more than 40 minutes) and finally got told they haven't got enough stock to fill my order.
Gave a sob story about a store being flooded/stocks written off/got a crappy inventory control etc etc. Can finally see where the frustration/anger is directed at.

I even went into the Co-Op store to see what was available on the shelf, and picked up a few things there as well. Spoke to some of the staff at the Co-op and unfortunately the Co-Op is no longer going to sell these types of items (hence the clearance sale).
yeah it was obviously a clearance sale these stores often do when they're getting out of these sorts of things. People don't go to Coop for Tardis tea infusers and Pop Vinyls.
Got about 60% of what I've ordered. Happy with that. Got this hilarious email today:
"We wish to advise you that one of our regional stores was recently devastated by a natural disaster, which destroyed the shop and the contents. Unfortunately, this means that we no longer have the stock to fulfill your order.
Sadly our website was not set up to reflect updated stock figures in real time. While we have endeavored to fill all orders or transfer them to another branch; sadly we cannot fulfill your order."

Yep same here, getting out of stock emails and then the items showing up. Getting items coming with the boxes ripped, Getting them sent to the store to collect instead of my residence, no replies to email though I was informed about getting a call back about the order. Some of the partial orders I am receiving have items missing as well. No replies to emails.
Gave them a call today and was advised similar to MissKitty above.
They cancelled and refunded the remaining items I haven't received.
Ordered $100 worth of single unit Pop Vinyls, and a couple of other items too - and a membership to get the pricing. Next day was told three items were unavailable and received a refund for these, then over a week later was advised NONE of the items are available, and that I'd receive a FULL refund.
Surprise surprise - received the refund, except for the $25 membership fee. Just flicked them an email to say this is essentially bait-and-switch advertising / "False or misleading claims" with an ACCC link, and that I expect the membership fee to be refunded too.
Dodgy bastards!
