Made a purchase with Lenovo online yesterday and received this discount code via email today. Not sure if it'll be of use, but hope it helps someone out. Have pasted the text of the email below. The coupon code appears to be fairly generic even though it says "exclusive".

ie. The code I received when I purchased from them in March was "MARWELC2017" (which expired Apr 30). Looks like a bit of pattern there.
