    • Hi Yummy, you mentioned you've used different IPs to sign up. So which other common information (name, address, email, phone..etc) did you use for them to pick up that you own multiple accounts?

  • Mine got suspended too… damn, i was feeding codes into 2 accounts at the same time so that I could cash in two $50 vouchers at the same time. The account suspension ate up $70 worth of codes :(

  • I have no idea what flavours i pulled off the labels from (i only purchased two so it's 50/50). Will it reject my code if I choose the wrong one? First label in today and I either got it right or they're not actually verifying it. D'oh!

    You're buying the stuff so who exactly is the loser here? Sanitarium get the sales and Rebel get the marketing or whatever they're getting out of it.

      The problem is they claim their codes are "Unique". I found about 4 coupons so far that had been claimed, so a loss of 4x $5 (6pk). Will Sanitarium compensate me?

      Anyway, I still enjoy drinking this "soft drink" after 10+ years. Unless they want me to stop buying U&G? Ban your loyal customer over extra vouchers? Sanitarium = Gerry Harvey? LOL

      Yes & to answer your question above, yes. Try use totally different random details on everything, but you must have a working email of course, just sign up another on yahoo, gmail, etc (tho I hope they don't call my fake mobile number). Also a tip: use a residential address, not some place where they sells Maccas, a factory, card dealer address, etc. Those buggers knows how to use google map, you know. :D

      I'm currently on my 6th attempt & so far no ban yet. Perhaps it's still weekend LOL.

      I need more coupons to stock up. Hoping for cheap sale of U&G this week.

  • Sorry, I still don't get it. I buy up and go packs, say 5 packs and get 50 dollars credit. Then with those stickers from the packs I can go directly to store to claim a 50 dollar product? Or I have to enter online 5 codes for the 50 dollars credit and then that credit is sent by post to my address?
    If I have 5 stickers 10 dollars each I can only claim one per day? So i have to claim during 5 days, one sticker each?
    What if I have more than 50 dollars stickers?

      pretty straightforward.

      Max of $50 rebel credit for this promotion per account.

      Need to enter 1 code everyday online and once you have added all of them you can submit to redeem the codes.

      You will be sent a Rebel eGift card via email which you can use either online or in-store.

  • How long before the redemption are the vouchers issued. Instantly?

    • Pretty much instantly. Got mine within 5 minutes of submitting.

  • Has anyone combined with Amex? Do you need to spend 120 or can you still spend 70 to redeem the Amex credit?

      You have to actually put $70 on the Amex, so the item must be at least $120 in value ($70 + $50)

  • The redemption emails now say:
    "When redeeming instore photo ID will be required to match the voucher to the valid recipient. Please make sure you have this ready when you go into a participating rebel store."

    I hope they don't care about when I use the three vouchers I have.. (all legit - I had family claim for me; the first redemption I had didn't say this).

    • When I redeemed mine the cashier just typed it in without looking at the whole email. Hopefully get someone like that next time. Or use it online.

      I haven't had any problems with this. It might be a case sensitive issue with entering the code.

  • Im having a little issue. I can log into my up@go account. When i try to redeem my voucher entering the email again, it sais it doesnt match. Happening the last 2 weeks.

    A bit late however a thanks for posting this! :)

    Was able to do it four times from different family members and got $200 worth of vouchers. Used them all in one transaction today. Coupled with Rebel's Buy one get one half price, was able to save $285 off of two pairs of shoes.

      • Well the T&C's stated 'one claim per household" and one email. I didn't break that :p

        I claimed per email (i may of created them :p) and also claimed per address… Parents, friends etc (I asked them)

        Then, i always used my mobile (with Telstra) that doesn't use static IP's. So I would enable airplane mode, then reconnect (getting a new IP 90% of the time). Then login into each account.

        Only thing i felt bad about was hustling anyone i knew that drank Up&Go. Personally detest the sugar laden crap haha

          Are you referring to Telstra 4G data? I had no idea you could do that to change the IP address - thought it was always the same.

          Since you can only add one code per day, does that mean you changed the IP each time you went to add the codes and each time you logged into a different account?

          Yeah, Telstra 4G uses dynamic IP's (at least for personal accounts I don't know about business accounts)

          Correct, I created 4 accounts on day one, logging 4 codes, each time renewing a new IP and all details being different, but valid real people/address of consenting family/friends. I just googled 'Whats my IP' and refreshed each time on my phone to ensure I had a new IP. :)

          Then each day I would log into one, add code, log out, renew IP - rinse/repeat for 5 days :)

    Can someone please confirm — to stack up 5 codes for $50, mean 5 days of wait for getting rebel voucher?

    • If you get the packs with the $10 codes, yes.

  • For anyone using multiple vouchers in one transaction at rebel sport, did you show each individual email on your phone, or print them all off? And does it matter if the names are different.. eg. one is mine, one is my partners, one is a friend… or did you manually change it before printing so they all showed your name? I know the new emails now request photo id, but the old ones didn't.

    My other question is.. the email "vouchers" they send are just text. They have a long voucher code and a pin. Could you just copy and paste all your different codes/pins onto a word document and print that off? Or do they need to visually see each email?

    Any help would be much appreciated, I don't want to walk in looking like a complete twat

  • I used only one voucher today and they had to call a number to get some sort of authorisation for it. Did anyone else face similar. Don't think they would have authorised multiple.

    • I used a voucher in store about a month ago with no issues.

      Redeemed one today and this time they had to call the number to get the authorisation. Apparently this is only a recent issue and is an issue with the e-gift cards and the system doesn't accept it, so they need to call to confirm the voucher code is valid.

  • I called 2 differrrent stores and both said only one voucher can be used per transaction per day. Very disappointed as i have accumulate 8 vouchers and plan to buy a 350$ item for my nephew :(

      • Yeah. I wanted to use 7 of my 50$ voucher in one transaction and they said no.
        You can use any random residential address. Voucher that they issue does not show any address, only Name

  • I emailed Rebel Sport regarding using multiple gift cards in one transaction and they said that it's fine to do so in-store, just not online as you can only enter one code per transaction online. So i'll be printing their email off and showing it to staff if they refuse to let me use more than one at a time. You can even check the balance of these vouchers/gift cards online, like you can with a normal rebel gift card..

    • i use this reason that it is like a digital rebel Gift card, but they won't budge and claim that the up and go promotion only allow 1 per transaction…its BS they just don't want me to use all the gift card in one transaction.

      I've now used 3 x $50 for one transaction and subsequently 2 x $50 in three other transactions (total $300 vouchers)

  • Just redeem my 7 e gift card today in one single transaction at Liverpoolstore. This is after i made a complaint to their Rebel regional manager. They had no issue processing it after their regional manager made the phone call.

        First try in store and say they are egift card and you want to use them all together. If thats doesnot work then call their customer service 1300654502 and complaint about the store. Note that on the email containing the e gift card, there is no term or condition which prevent it to be combined with others e gift card in one transaction. When customer service cannot resolve it, they will escalate it to their regional manager for you.good luck
