  I wonder that you need to already be subscribed to their list? given that it asked me first question what my subscribed e-mail was or words to that effect…
  
  It is also very dodgy to load it or t&c, but I was able to complete mine…eventually.

      EDIT: Well maybe not. Half loads the survey page and then loads a page saying "Thank you for taking the survey! We would like to wish you a very nice day."

  I'll leave it open for a few more days to see if it comes good.
  
  I'm using the link from the T&C's so it should work. Seems to be an issue with the website Samsung are using for the survey.
