    I'm not getting $148.50 on the Enermax Galaxy 1000W, I get a discounted price of $200 only, somethings wrong.

    Tempted to get "Enermax ELT620AWT Liberty ECO SLI" to replace my current PSU which I bought in 2005, but found this Enermax is actually a 2005-2006 product. Maybe I should wait for next deal.

    does it matter if it's an older design?

    it passes 80 plus, has dual vga headers

      If you compare with the spec listed on the US site http://www.enermaxusa.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21_…

      you can find at least following differences

      For PCI-E, US/current model has (4)6+2pin vs (the one from EYO) (2) 6pin.
      For 12V output, US/current model has 30A for both +12V1 and +12V2, vs 22A
      US/Current model is ATX 12V v2.3 compatible vs v2.2 compatible

      I'm not sure how significant the differences are though.

        Guys, the older model is only called Liberty with the 12V rail power around 450W , this one is Liberty ECO, so it should be the newer model with 12V rail load about 580W.

        Their feature section also shows the wording of the newer model i.e. 80-16% efficiency. So. i'm pretty sure it's the new ECO model, perhaps EOY can confirm it here.

        Anyway, i have placed my order for the liberty eco 620W, if I find out it's the old 5 year model, i will return my order.

          It's definitely the Liberty ECO we have in stock (80-86% efficiency).

          Hi Dragon, I really hope I was wrong. However, the picture referenced on Eyo's website looks like the old one (different cord sockets on PSU body). Moreover, if you follow the links of reviews(try the last one), you will find articles of 2006.

          Yes, can Eyo confirm when the product is released and a link to the product page in Enermax's official website will be better.

            @zn7726: Yeah sorry about that, we didn't update the product page when we had new stock come in, but it's all updated now. I can guarantee that the model we have in our warehouse is the Liberty ECO, or your money back :)

              BTW, can you specify the warranty details of this product?

              One last question. I noticed that 'pick up' is an option for shipment. Just want to confirm that I can pay for it when I pick it up at your Padstow warehouse.

                @zn7726: This model comes with a 3 year back to base warranty. Payment upon pick up of goods is fine. Simply place an online order and we'll send you an email once your order is ready for collection!
