Good guys atm sell it for $58. This is the cheapest B&M price atm.

A couple of online sites have it for $47, though you'll pay heaps for shipping

The cheapest I've ever seen it for was $45 earlier in the year. which was when I purchased 1.

Ensure you buy 3rd party toners off ebay

As a starting point, Officeworks have it for $58 with free shipping. If you already own and love this printer, I would buy the same model again. It is $50.72 on the Staples website, but you need to spend $55 to get free shipping. It is $50 with free shipping on some website called Forum Direct, but I would rather buy from a more reputable store like Officeworks or Staples.

Edit - sorry these comments apply to the Brother HL-1110 printer, not the Epson.

        • Cheers! $50.72 is great price will try and see if Harvey Norman will price match + 10% as I don't have a Goodguys or Officeworks nearby.

  • Think there was a cheap Fuji Xerox for $30 at Officeworks

  • Wow much help guys. Yes I will stick with the HL-1110. I rarely talk up technology but must say this printer is the best I have ever owned. The toners on eBay are CHEAP and it just works… For me one huge advantage is it works with Linux and I can get the driver installed easy. If you are a Linux noob like me the pain of printer install is REAL.

    • For $66 from Staples have you considered the Brother HL-1210? It is basically the same printer but with wireless connectivity. It is very handy to be able to print things directly from your phone or laptop wirelessly. It uses the same toner as the model you already have. I would definitely be willing to pay $15 more for this feature. I often receive an email with a PDF attached I want to print (e.g tickets to a concert or show) and print it wirelessly directly from my phone, it is very handy.

      ….. is "wirelessly" a word?

      • Wireless had no benefit to me, otherwise I would be looking at them. I sit next to the printer and don't ever need to print from a mobile device.

        • I didn't think I would ever use it either, but it grew on me! Either way they are both good printers.
