    I've tried it a few times, definitely seems to work pretty well, and I'm talking serious amounts of booze over extended periods (like a 14 hour session involving several different types of beer and liquor, as well as coke/red bull to mix). I think it just gives you a boost of the minerals you'd normally wee out over the course of a big booze up.

    Of course it helps to take them with a very large glass of water, and another dose before you hit the sack again with a big glass of water. It hasn't worked as well when I've used an entire schooner to wash it down with, but I don't think there's anything short of an IV that could solve those kind of hangovers!

    In my experience, it's quelled the nausea and headache effects of a hangover, but you'll still struggle with sleep deprivation if you've been partying late/had a restless sleep.

  Mate who works at a pharmacy says perhaps ask for expiry date as their stock they get always appear to be short dated.

  I always get a bit cautious when they try to emphasize they are "all natural" usaully this has nothing to do with efficiency or even safety (and probably because they have really no other selling point). Arsenic and uranium is all natural too!
