Hi folks, I've been eyeing this tablet for awhile now. Unfortunately for me, I bit the bullet already and bought from eBay already.

Got the notification from camelcamel today and told me it's the cheapest it's has ever been for this 64gb wifi only tablet.

Those looking to upgrade thier struggling nexus 7 2013 would like this tablet for the price point and specs it offers.

Rated by PC advisor UK as one of the top 5 android tablets for 2017 so far

Also I heard will be upgrading to latest OS soon.

Hope will be use to someone.

  • Bought the iPad3 in 2012 and stopped using it two years ago because it was struggling.
Bought the Nexus 7 (2013) and Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" in 2013 and still use them every day.
Will consider the Huawei M3 if either of them starts struggling.

  • Not the best price. There's another seller on amazon that has standard price of 299US.

Last year at Christmas it was reduced to 239

That's the 32gb model from the same seller. (amazon.com)
It's definitely worth the extra 6 bucks for the 64gb model of you want it right now.
But you are right, you can probably get a better deal on the 32gb if you wait/shop around

      • You're right. My bad

  • i can get the M3 for 244 USD delivered, but not posting it as Ozb is not familiar with the seller

    • Yeah Amazon is pretty much a safe bet

    • It is worth giving a shot, share it with a disclaimer :)

I was looking at these as well. But the reviews saying it wasn't good for some games put me off a bit.
Thinking I might just wait for the next samsung tab s2 deal.
But if i didn't play games I'd be all over this as a media player.

I use it to play games daily.. from vainglory to border lands telltale games to war robots to mobile legends to heroes evolved to a bunch of other cool good graphics games asphalt etc you name it never misses a bit. I get the occasional hiccup here and there but that is only because I run mine like a pack horse with a bazillion million apps running in the backgrounds sometimes and 100+ tabs of late-night content haha lol. It's not invincible but for the price it is great.

However I wish I could maybe swap it for an Asus Zenpad 3S for a day just so I could try out the game genie app and some twitch and YouTube streaming in built features.

Got a SanDisk Ultra 200gb Micro AD card in it as external storage with all my apps loaded onto it got to 85% full started slowing down and showing more issues like freezes and random restarts this is on the extreme but took it back down to 65% and all better now.
