I'd imagine the Ikea one is better. $59:

Well at least easier to return if not happy :)

Can't compare to OP item, but have the IKEA one. Looks good, works good. Would buy again.

    • My current induction hob is dying so I've been thinking of getting one of these. Read some reviews that say its good. A lot of induction hobs turn on for a bit then turn off for a bit to control low heat. The ikea one has a pretty good constant on low heat mode. My current hob is okay, but not great at low heat.

      Ikea's got a 5yr warranty too.

      Unless you're in WA/SA where it's $69 :(

      • WTF first they steal our GST & now ikea hates us :(

  • Do this things get pretty got? The hotplates in my unit don't :(

  • Got this in the last deal. Fan's a bit noisy like people say. Also max heat setting tends to trigger auto-shutdown.

But goes ok for small-medium pots, and it's cheap.
