After three years of preparing delicious meals, it’s with a heavy heart that we advise of our intention to close dish’d on or around July 2017.
We’ve been honoured to have been able to create a new and exciting way for you to experience innovative and delicious food from around the world and we’re so proud of the many accomplishments of our team.
While we’re hungry for more, the realities of our business leave us no choice but to conclude this chapter. We considered every option before making the difficult decision to end the products and services that brought us together.
Over the next few weeks we will be discounting and running out remaining stock. You can continue to place online orders or visit us in store in Prahran to pick up some delicious food at bargain prices.
Everything in store is now reduced, but only available while stocks last.

          Yeah apparently I'll be refunded as they no longer have stock, unfortunate I had to contact them to initiate the refund, I suppose they are under-staffed but works out conveniently for them for people who don't contact if the refund even does come.

    Missing a lot from my order, too. Almost as if there supposed to be another box coming, but it never made it.
    However, the label on the box that arrived says "Ctn 1 of 1".

    I am missing 2 pizzas, 3 curries at least. Maybe more.. sent them an e-mail, no reply yet :(

      This is very unprofessional seeing as it is all run by large multinational corporation, Simplot.
      No reason not to follow up with people just because they are knocking this particular brand on the head.

          @bluedufflecoat: I sent them an email on Friday. Received a reply saying that they are going to do a refund. Paypal says the refund is pending, since Saturday. :/ But supposedly $29 so I'm ok with that.

        received an e-mail today saying they will refund any missing items.
        Let's see how that works out, and then I'll go down the PayPal dispute path if need be.

      I too am missing a large portion of my order - 9 items, including 5 pizzas. I've emailed them, but am not holding my breath that I'll get a satisfactory outcome from them.

      Given that I'm clearly not alone in this experience, I'd suggest avoiding this "deal".

    I just sent an email as missing 2 different pizza flavours, 4 pizzas in total.
    No communication.
    I placed the order straight away but chose a delivery for today to give me time to empty my freezer. I think they haven't managed this very well.

    order delivered today: received giant beans but not sea bass with spinach nor vegetable and mushroom cones or sautéed mushrooms, even though the last two are still available in-store (and they won't re-deliver, only refund)

    deal updated: online ordering closed - no collection or delivery windows available

    perhaps whatever remains on their website is still stocked in-store?

    My order that was meant to arrive on friday never arrived either. Which sucks as i placed it a couple of weeks ago as well as I am not sure anyone will be home on monday if they are planning on delivering then. Never had an issue with these guys before, shame ozbargain ruined the ordering the process with them in a way. As I have been ordering from them for years now with never an issue. I can only imagine the influx of ozbargain orders have inundated them with too many orders and they cant cope hence missing items and orders not arriving.

      i waited 45 and gave up. filled out the contact form and no response. sent an email today so i have a record - tomorrow will do a chargeback. stupidly didn't use paypal but should still be fine via the bank.

          Yeah mine never came at all. Hope you got part of your order at least! They replied to me today and a refund is on its way so at least they haven't skipped town just yet.

    REMEMBER: If you paid via PayPal and have order issues, and you couldn't get in-contact with Dish'd themselves; OPEN A PAYPAL DISPUTE!

    My whole order never arrived. Sucks as I was actually a supporter of their store and ordered from them every few weeks. I guess this is the problem with Ozbargain. I spoke with the store and they said they arent doing any more deliveries or taking orders and just gave me a full refund. Basically ozbargain killed their online ordering system so looks like after the orders are done that they had taken previously, they just want to get rid of the stock locally. Bah! I miss out, the times when i hate things being put on ozbargain :(.

      As OP, I agree. I didn't expect it to get so much attention considering it was only marginally better than deals they have ran before.

      Their food was always incredible though and will be missed.

    Yep, got my "delivery" as well. Ordered 28 items, received 13. I can understand them running out of stock, however it's pretty poor form to not inform the customer and do an automatic refund for items not received. Sent them an email today.

    I received my order on 6 July. Received 7 of my 22 items. What I did receive is great. I contacted Dish'd by email about the missing items, and they offered a refund on those items. All in all I am pretty happy with the service and quality of what I received. Just too bad about the missing items. To those who haven't received their items, don't stress too quickly. It seems like Dish'd are putting in a genuine effort to resolve complaints and are issuing refunds where appropriate.

    I stopped watching this thread ages ago.

    My order a couple of weeks ago was missing a few things. At first I thought I'd remembered it incorrectly, but then I got a Paypal refund (without having to call) about 2 days later.

    I've been in the shop recently. Freezers are fairly full but range is very limited.

    Plenty of that latest range of meals (eg jerk chicken) but still at $10.95. A good amount of mini gelatos, as well as fior di latte and strawberry swirl. 3 or 4 types of vegetables. Potato dauphinois. Some of those prawn bites, spring rolls and such. Also I think lemon tart and maybe 1 or 2 other desserts.

    fyi next tuesday is to be the last store trading day - yesterday was their final stock delivery: besides desserts and gelati, there were chimichurri rice, potato dauphinois, green vegetables, vegetable and mushroom cones, prawn cigars, prawn baguettes - forgot to ask if the leftovers like curries will be going to nqr
