Spend a bit more for a front loader. Cheaper to run, and your clothes will last longer.
You'll pay more in the long run, especially when the Haier breaks down. Can you even get parts?

I believe it's easier to get parts than any other brands…lol

My understanding is Haier is much better than LG.

But what about the mould? Had two front loaders and both got mould infections that can't be fixed. I googled it and it seems its a thing. Law suits and all in the US because the manufacturers are aware of it but do nothing about it. Not brand specific either.

So me and many others have gone back to top loaders.

    • Spend ' a bit more ' almost 50% more

      Chewper to run ??

      • OK, $123 more if you count the eftpos card at face value.
More than a bit, but you'll make that back on running costs alone.

Then consider you clothes will dry faster (better spin dry), saving money if you tumble-dry.
And most importantly, your clothes will last longer.

What's your source? Asking as the link shows the original price of $529 which is understandable as it's not Saturday yet.

Is this nationwide or only a specific store?

  • Has it got an agitator?

    • No agitator

  • Interesting company.
Bought Fisher & Paykel in 2012 & GE Appliances in 2016.
I notice that some of the new F&P models look a lot like the Haier ones.
Apparently the Haier brand has the world's largest market share in white goods for the past 6 years.

  • I have the 6kg version of this machine, its pretty bare bones, no fancy features like cant adjust spin speed. No softener dispenser, need to manually add it when it starts rinsing clothes. A full load takes around 100 minutes.
