Screwdriver to Open Interior Bulb Casing

Hi

I want to replace the standard interior light bulbs with a LED one. If I use normal metal screwdriver, I'm pretty sure I'll damage the plastic bracket that holds the light cover.

I've found plenty of plastic prying tools on eBay, but they look small and not as strong as if I have screwdriver.

The question is which screwdriver bits material to buy that strong enough but won't damage the plastic bracket?:
- ceramic
- hard plastic

    Normal flat blade screwdriver wrapped with electrical tape to protect the light cover.

      Are you sure to use a normal metal screwdriver?

        Take a photo of one of the fittings, they are pretty robust

    I got a set of plastic prying tools on ebay. Cheap ones. Some have broken, but some haven't. Plastic might break, but a screwdriver won't Just take it easy with the screwdriver.

      Yes, that's why I'm after a screwdriver one, as it might last longer…
