I bought a soft and low pillow from them a while back. Nothing wrong with the quality or the company. However, the product is only useful for sleeping on one's stomach, so I couldn't use it much :-(
I would recommend buying stuff from this store. I just wish they sold latex mattress toppers.

If buying a good pillow, like the ones from this store, then I'd suggest getting a couple of bamboo pillow cases. Personally, I've yet to use a silk one, but I've been eying the offerings from aliexpress. Anyone got any advice on silk cases?
