  Yep, this technology is very hit and miss. People in the gym stopping their routines looking at their trackers, I think they are missing the point. I had the HR and in the end I just ripped the thing apart.

    It's chunky screen real estate is bad and is black and white screen the plus side the charge lasts for a week
    
    i use it because it was free I'm saving up for something better maybe a Garmin or Apple Watch
