What utter nonsense (your last point).

        • which one - that's it's irish brewed or one of the only canned beers worth drinking? :)

          @tonester:
          Canned beers.

Tried Pirate Life? Modus Operandi? Kaiju? Mornington? Brewdog? Garage Project?

        • @YOTR:

          Devil's scrotum IPA.

      • Canning is actually better for the beer than bottles.

  • That cashrewards dip has just destroyed the value I can get from DM's nowadays :(

    • +1

still better than most of the alternatives

    • +1

That's an over statement. DM is still consistently the cheapest, if not their price match policy is fair, they also actively drop prices to match competitors specials. You can still get 5% discount using Wish gift cards.

    • seriously can we not just have some decent beer on the monthly again

      it's been a while… I'm getting thirsty.

better deals at first choice lately and that's saying something.

        • +2

Good vision by the marketing team then when they decided not to call the company 'second choice'

      • The 'Best Before Date' expired before he got to drink it…

  • The Endeavour beers are $15 a 6-pack. Anyone tried these? Worth getting?

      Anyone tried these?

      Captain Cook?

    • all pretty mediocre. $15 is about the max i'd pay for them.

The coopers tennis lager is back at $30 I see

    • I got some of these last time. Very mild flavour. Good for travellers / beach / boat as they're cans rather than bottles. Worth $30 but not much more.

  • For Guinness Can't decide which to pick 3x14/6 =2.33, 54.95/24 = 2.29?

Liquor land is selling 1 case 24 cans for $70. seems decision concluded. yay.

    • Yeah, it's not a great deal when it's simply cheaper to buy a slab. 24 cans of Guinness could take a little while though…

      • A few good nights and your done

  • how do you get the member's offer price? I signed in and added to the card. price wasnt updated.

    • Try a different browser. Clear cookies & history.

  • Not sure who only wants one (or three) 6-pack of Guinness cans. The price for a case is $54.95. Is that the regular price? I doubt it since I would have noticed earlier. Surely.

BWS has them down to same/similar price for a case ($55) which is a $13 discount on normal price.

  • Hollandia slabs of 500 mL are currently $45.95.
