I've got one and it works fine. I wouldn't pay $14 for it but for $3 it's handy. I take mine to work and have a habit of losing it so I don't bother with an expensive one.
Just be careful with cheap usb car chargers, I had one that blew a fuse in my car. I've been using the Xiaomi one ever since.

Agree, I blew out 2 x 20amp fuses after I bought 2 of these. However, one was ok and works fine with a good charge rate on my Windows phone (company supplied).

This looks like the exact same one I bought for US$3.95 in 2011 (!) from DealExtreme.
This was in the days where car chargers fried cars. Do yourself a favour, spend a few dollars more for a more modern one from Blitzwolf or another decent Chinese brand.

Does not say it has 2.1A port? BTW, bought one and seems to work ok charging my iphone6. At least my iphone not showing "unsupported accessory" like the Zapal charger.

I guess it's fine for iPad/iPhones but if you have an android capable of quick charge technology it's far better putting your money towards a better charger. Night and day difference.
