    Hi Kris,

    I purchased a laptop from you recently and today when I was using it I left it idle for 20 minutes on 60% battery. When I returned my laptop had shut down because it had no power. Is this normal?

    Whats the battery life on this laptop?

      Depending on the usage, you should get 4-5hrs. This is with basic use and probably wouldn't last the whole day if using for school or Uni.
      If gaming then that would drop down to 1-2 hrs.
