      1. Good for people who don't want the external sub woofer (e.g. I live in an apartment with limited space)
      2. Good brand and reviews around sound quality (for a soundbar)
      3. HDMI-ARC support is useful
      4. Good price under $200. Hard to find something of equal quality/features for this price
