How to get the key:

IG has got some requirements to be fulfilled before you can get the free key. Those are:

Steam account linked to your Indiegala account
Steam account is a member of the IG Steam group
Steam account must be set to public

The procedure to get the key itself has remained the same:

click on Claim Giveaway button
log in to your IG account
do the captcha
click on the "Claim Free Copy" button
do captcha again (if necessary)
claim your key in your IG account (under IG Giveaways).
redeem key in Steam client

      You have to click the X to remove the box and then follow the steps.

      No. Did you click the link and see the "Mass Giveaway" shaded out behind the box (once you scrolled down a bit, under the Die Young ad)?

      Please do not tell me you went to Indiegala direct, then put the game in the search field and then wondered why it is not free. Is that what you did?

      Go to your library - often mine is there immediately although sometimes I do not bother to get the key until many days later.

    Maybe they are swamped or something. Usually when I grab one of these it appears in my account straight away, and I also get an email confirming my "purchase". This is the first time neither of those things have happened, and I grabbed it hours ago. I hope it appears eventually. I'm usually an easy sell for stealth games and this one (for free, at least) looks like it just may not completely suck.

      Same thing happened to me, logged out and logged back in, now I have to use an unlock code sent to my email to unlock my profile but they've sent nothing so I think their server is having problems

          Nevery got my game and key either.

          Happens sometimes. As I also have another game in my giveaway library called Robowars that I never got the steam key for. Just says "No serial available yet." When I reveal the steam key.
