I think the futuonline one got damadged box. Their normal box is about same price eith free delivery. However you can pick this up from instore which is better if u want it now.
Bought my Mavic Pro with DJI Care Refresh last month.
Accidentally crashed it in the first week and sent to back to DJI for repair.
At first DJI thought I didn't have Care Refresher package so they sent me the bill of $191.30 within a few hours they receive my drone.
After explaining to them that I have the Care refresh package and send all the details.
Been on to DJI support chat almost everyday for the last 3 weeks asking them what is happening with my drone, I need it back asap as I will be going oversea soon.
They keep on saying (for the last 3 weeks) please wait for 24 to 48 hrs for an email.
care refresh is for replacement only I believe and not for repairs.

I didn't care if it gets repair or send me a replacement as long as I get an answer and know when will I receive my drone.
curious, where did you have to send your drone to? In Australia? What about postage costs?

I've just put it through and it worked, tried again thanks to your clarification.
The error must have been to do with the Click and Collect. Now all sold out at local stores so I picked delivery.
