Same, it didn't work for me either. I was just thinking it'd be nice to have a backup machine when our current one starts showing signs of failing. Our 'Citiz with Milk' has been used 2-4 times per day (up to 6-8 times on a Sat/Sun) for over 5 years now and still working perfectly but it can't last forever… surely?!

I spoke to customer service and basically this offer is only available to the regular repeat customers of pods online or within the boutique stores.
boutique stores? So can you go into the boutique stores and haggle it?
Also abit annoyed you have to be a regular pods online customer. how about those who make the effort to trek out in person to get pods all the time? Which may/may not be alot larger purchases frequently…
How many are they giving away? and can you return the 300 capsules and get a refund if you do not get a free machine?
