Free: The Art of War Kindle Edition by Sun Tzu @ Amazon

Moved to Forum: Original Link

The Art of War was written by a Chinese general named Sun Tzu more than 2,500 years ago, possibly in the 6th Century BC. The book has long been heralded for its advice on military success. And this advice has since been co-opted by legions of armchair soldiers and generals in the business world.

The book is composed of 13 chapters, each of which focuses on a different aspect of war. It’s a smart book. It’s also poetic, repetitive, and arcane.

    Apt at the moment.

    • Wonder if this thing with Qatar will heat up a lot further, ULP91 fuel price already jumped 25 cents from last week in SE QLD

      • Not looking good, I'd start stockpiling fuel if I were you.

Queens bday w/e in the rest of the country will be the cause of that.

Oil is actually almost at 12mth lows (~15% lower then it's April peak).

      • Nah, the aggressor is Saudi Arabia, the biggest oil producer. Won't affect the glut. Sydney prices continued their downward trend this week. Remains to be seen if the long weekend will affect this trend.

        • totally off topic, but has Sydney price cycle extended to around 6weeks? (it seems that way in Melb)

        • @supabrudda: Yes, it's become quite stretched out now, something like 3-4 weeks from eyeballing the monthly graph here:

Sadly the yearly graph is useless, just a graph of monthly averages instead of the whole thing.
