Saw the deals for the Type C and Lightning Blitzwolf Ampcore cables but nobody seem to have posted the deal for Micro USB so I went ahead and post my first deal in Ozbargain. :)

Bought 3 of these myself and another 2 for the Type C.

For any of those who were wondering what are the differences between the Ampcore and non-Ampcore Blitzwolf cables, after doing some research I believe it mainly comes down to the materials used. Blitzwolf claimed that Ampcore is constructed with Kevlar fiber which gives the cable "unrivalled tensile strength".

Unlike the other two deals, the Micro USB deal ends tomorrow so do grab it as soon as you can and don't forget about Cashrewards (up to 9% cashback) while you are at it.

Are these any good? Alot of my cables go loose when the small clips donr hold anymore.

Much stronger than average. Should work well for most with normal use.

Thanks O.P. Good deal for a quality 1.8m Micro usb cable ( often using 1m cable and wishing it was 20cm to 80cm longer lol.

  • These have been on here a few times, but I won't complain seeing them again.

Mine arrived a couple of days ago and they feel really good. Heads are secure, braided cable is very rigid (almost too rigid to be shoved in a bag constantly).
I haven't noticed any slow down when charging or transferring data.

Me too, just received a pair. These are solid, quality cables that will survive the apocalypse.

    • Instead of a slow down, have you notices a charging "speed up" hopefully ?

      • Never had an issue with new OEM cables (Samsung, Google, Xiaomi etc).
Time will tell if these last longer than those though.

        • Not saying that I personally treat my cables badly or worse than the average punter ( I am actually really careful and know cables/connections weak spots ), but occasionally with kids or clumsy people around, with the odd slip up ( jerking or over extension ) even from myself lol, can be pushing the limits at times.

I ( we ) have worn out a few, some even looking brand new still, but connection at end failing.

      • Im perhaps not paying enough attention - not sure whether charging is any quicker than oem, but I have had issues with oem cables falling apart after much use. Time will tell with these, but they are robust as hell and I'd bet on them outliving me.

  • How long does bangood stuff take to arrive?
