      Hi lippy

DOA replacement by Mobileciti when fault confirmed, for all Samsung Mobile Phones is 30 days, contact [email protected] if you found any fault.

Warranty always covered under manufacturer's warranty, normally 1~2 years depend on the brands. For Samsung Mobile phones warranty is 2 years, you can booking warranty samsung online service , you can also bring to near Samsung service center or return backt Mobileciti to handle warranty on your behalf by email [email protected] for instructions.

Feel free to email [email protected] or PM if you have any issues.

      Thanks!

Why don't you guys just take care of warranty issues yourselves? I don't get why you even give the option of taking to the service centre. Surely you have more pull than one random customer

If you go to the samsung shop in the cbd they do exactly the same.

Going to a manufacturer directly is often quicker and cuts out the middle man.

Let's say I'm a distributor of HP/HPe products. When I get a DOA or other major fault requiring a return I can go to HP directly or my supplier. If I go to my supplier they require an Authorisation Form from HP as HP will not process the warranty without it. Or I can go to HP directly and they'll send me the replacement without having to contact my supplier. Going to the manufacturer takes out the middleman and saves me an hour of work.

Another bonus worth mentioning is that the supplier will require me to ship the product to them first before they'll send me the replacement. HP can have the new product dispatched within 4 hours without requiring me to send the product first.

The fact that they're giving you both options is awesome. Better than going to Harvey Norman who will sit on their hands.

Do you want them to ship you a box of kleenex with your order?

When there are more Samsung booths in NSW than Mobileciti… Who do you prefer to go to when they do exactly the same thing, except the Samsung stores have Troubleshooting steps before they send it off, plus it's faster.

I've recently had a case fault with my Samsung LED case and was within warranty (6 Months). Mobileciti replaced it on the spot with no questions.

        • Hi eneloop,

Sorry to see your issues and comments on Mobileciti posts, regarding warranty issues, I apologise that your warranty issues have not been handled properly at our Parramatta store, we have communicated so many times with our team to make it clear that all the warranty must be handled by the manufacturer service agents, Mobileciti has no right to touch and repair phones when it's under warranty. However it's your right to choose whether to go direct which is quicker, or leave with us to handle the warranty on your behalf with manufacture.

If you still have any outstanding issues please PM myself, I will ensure that I'll resolve your issues. I really want to make you trust Mobileciti like others.

I assume that since it's the dual sim models that means it's grey stock?

      • Agreed by the looks of the Ad they have mentioned Local Warranty in Sydney so its Grey Import. Atleast it has a Warranty service local to Australia which is a bonus to other Grey imports online

  • I notice there is the unbranded and branded version which cost $24 different, does anyone know what is the difference??

      Hi Crazylok560

Branded means that there might be a logo on startup and preinstalled network apps. They are all unlocked though and will accept SIM cards from all Australian networks. Thanks

  • Should have taken the plunge, anyway maybe get MC deal with be more around the $950 mark

Anyone got a case they can reccomend?

  • Am I the only who less thrilled with the S8 due to curved screen which can't be protected …was hoping at least they do a S7, instead having both curved screen ..

Broke a S7 edge front glass once, never again curved screen!

    • I actually don't really like the phone. I have a case on it at the moment but the tempered glass protector makes a cracking sound when I try to press something. So annoying lol!

  • What about this one ..
