Anova Nano Pre Order

Still deciding on whether to buy a sous vide Cooker (probably the Anova Precision Cooker) when I saw this.

Thoughts?

The Nano is recommended for cooking for 4 people, but when you see the litres of water, unless you have the perfect container, you're going to struggle to do even that. I have the normal sous vide, bought at $150 - practically what they're saying this pre-order you'll get in January will cost you now.

Get the normal Anova is my thought. Awesome device.

I second the normal one vs Nano if you are planning to cook for more than 2 ever… I bought it on a whim and think its great.

Nano appears to only come with Bluetooth - pretty sure the normal Anova with Bluetooth gets close to the price when on sale but with higher heat output (800w vs 700w) and higher max temperature.

    • Zapals rep confirmed that it's not a legit Anova - it's some kind of knockoff

      • Too good to me true. I guess its a knock off. They shouldn't be showing pictures with the brand name up there.

Does anyone know where you can guy a legit Anova Precision cooker?
