Where to Send JB Hi-Fi Complaints?

Where would one go to make a complaint about a particular JB Hifi store?
Is there a HQ I can call?

I've found an address here: http://www.jbhifi.com.au/contact-us/ but they don't have a phone number listed.
Must every complaint be done through letters?

    I'm sure if you really really want to make a fuss, you can call their headquarters and I'm sure they'll transfer you..

      Just gave me a call, said they'd ring me back.. Don't know what they're going to say though.
      It was a complaint which I hope they act upon. It's not an issue since there's nothing they can do about it anymore.
