Does this mean $58.95+shipping for an additional handset or for a VoIP base&handset plus an additional handset?

To me it sounds like only the handset, so you have to have the base first, and purchase this additional handset for $70-, if so will that be a bargain anymore?

This is indeed the "Additional Handset" (C47H). The main unit is C470IP. There are well over a hundred thousand C470IP, A580IP and other Siemens models that this handset is compatible with. It is a great bargain, and our normal price is $78.98!

We've got only half an hour to go before todays orders are shipped.
