  • How many teslas are the magnets ?

    • +3

probably a few mT, but is it relevant?

      • +1

jv probably just doesn't want them sucking the iron from his blood as he reaches for his stapler! I'm told it's the leading cause of workplace magnetic whiteboard injury! ;)

  • +2

Why would you put all that stuff on a magnetic board?

    • keeps it off your desk. my office has metal walls which means I can put all this stuff out of the way

      • +2

I'll use my drawer for that!

Gr8 4 XMorphing ur office mess from the X-plane onto the y-plane and camouflaging the important notes & messages from prying eyes.
    Welcome to organised chaos!

    • Luv the logic :) so true

    its $20.98 not $20.99

    • +24

Awesome! Thanks for clearing that up. Now I'll DEFINITELY be purchasing one.

  • This seems weird ???

    Shipping Category

Price Order Total up to $80 A$5.99
    Order Total over $80 A$8.99

shouldn't it be the other way around ???

    • I'd imagine that if you spend over $80 it's registered.

    • It's not per item dude, it's flat shipping per category IIRC! ;)

  • +4

    total = 35.97 if u buy 2 (5.99$ shipping)

  • what are the magnets for ?

    • You can use them to hold memos to the board, I would imagine.

what are the magnets for ?

Might I venture a guess or two?

      1. To place on one's body after a massage to ease rheumatism;
      2. To attract members of the opposite sex.

Correct or wrong? Anyone else likes to have a go?

      • +1

I believe they can be of assistance in preventing one's propellor hat from detaching from one's melon when one is attempting to fly in a strong wind! ;)

        • Wouldn't that interfere with the electromagnets of the propeller's motor and cause the wearer to come to a sticky end?

          • +1

@EarlyBird: Yes, absolutely correct! I believe that's also the conclusion the ATSB came to when studying the data from the black boxes recovered from the rear of crashed propellorheads! The royal commission took a long time to get underway, primarily hampered by a lack of investigators willing to go in looking for the black boxes! ;)

Hence the new ruling, heavily enforced by the ATSB; no more propellor hats in strong wind at Australian airports! Although I have heard rumours some south-east asian countries are still allowing "cowboy" operators to fly in a stiff breeze! :o

  • any ideas how i can attach this to my painted brick wall (without damaging the paint/wall)? no drilling too. i assume blue tac wouldn't hold it.

    • There are adhesive hooks made by 3M that claim to hold 2kgs, 3kgs and so on for larger hooks. You can find them in K-Mart, Big W, Target etc.

Though I'm not too sure on its effectiveness on bricks.

    • Liquid Nails (construction adhesive) dude! This stuff is da shizzle! ;)

  • Ideal for holding all those sd cards and memory sticks.

    • +3

nah mate, you're gonna need stronger magnets to attach to your sensitive data carrying memory devices.

      • OK … stronger magnets for that then… thanks for the tip. :-)

  • +1

they think ppl prefer tissues (or their bare hands!) to a proper whiteboard eraser? how clever

  • damnit i missed out on this =\

  • ordered 2 and just got them today. Opened them and saw they both have scratches on them. one of them is a 2cm scratch and the other is 10cm!! :(
probably cant write on that part of the broad but can cover them with the various magnet things. anyways still good, get for what we pay for :P

    PS
    ◦Staple remover
    ◦Hole punch
    ◦Pen holder
    ◦Tape dispenser
    ◦Business card holder
    ◦Memo pad holder
    ◦Paperclip holder

    all work well -
    except for the ◦Stapler
must press down hard for it to work properly
