      i bought portal first then refunded it and bought this instead. refund took about 1hr, pretty straightforward from steam help website

    Bought this yesterday for $13USD (Reciept). Just minus the games not included in the Valve Pack.
    Saw the price rise today which is a bit odd considering it was the Steam Summer Sale.

        Even worse if he had invested that $60 into the sydney housing market he would have doubled his money and buying this deal now would basically be $120 profit.
        Lesson learned, always wait 10+ years after release before purchasing.

      I recommend just getting a copy of black mesa, the source port of half life is pretty awful and the original looks pretty dated, black mesa is also a pretty great remake so its very similar to the original.

    Seeing those names just makes it more frustrating as a reminder there will never be a Left 4 Dead 3, Portal 3, or Half Life 3 :(

        It's ridiculous that they couldn't just make one to finish the story. I don't care about the graphics or the tech that's hyped up as a hl game. This is like never releasing Return of the King in LOTR. Poor Frodo and Sam. Poor Gordon and Alyx :(

    Man, what a pack! I already have the CS pack and Portal pack. Anything else stand out in that list? Otherwise I probably won't get this.

    It's coming up as $3.15USD for me (just the non-source versions of the classics missing). Not sure it's worth it as I'll probably never load them. If they had trading cards it might be different.
