Mallo, I can't find anywhere on your website that tells me the percentage of cotton or bamboo in your socks. Maybe I'm missing it, but why would you make it difficult to find this information? It doesn't give me confidence to buy.

I assumed free postage for some reason, need to factor that in too (I'm in Perth and it calculated $13.80 for a couple pairs, negating the saving)

You are right, this was a bit of a programming error in the website, a free shipping option has now been added and a visual aid provided to show when free shipping has been earned.

I am also in Perth, the shipping rates come directly from Australia post, it does seem silly to have such an expensive postal rate given we are both local (that said Australia post's prices also seem a bit silly to me), to help out any local customers I have added a no cost pickup option to the shipping if you are happy to meet in the Wembley / City area.
