- Terms and Conditions of our Funko Celebration 2017 are outlined below:
(a) Discount is valid on new orders containing in-stock Funko products placed on www.popcultcha.com between 10:00am Wednesday 28 June 2017 (AEST) until 11:59pm Monday 3 July 2017 (AEST). Discount will also be offered during the same period in our Geelong Supastore.
(b) Discount is displayed at a product level on the website and will display as such in the checkout.
(c) Discount is applied against the original RRP of the Funko product. As such, if a Funko product is already marked down, it will display at the lesser of 20% from original RRP or in the case of a greater than 20% markdown, it will remain at that lesser price.
(d) Discount is valid on in-stock Funko items only, cannot be applied to pre-orders or existing lay-by’s. Gift Cards purchased through our website remain valid.
(e) This Funko Celebration 2017 offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. As such, you will not be able to redeem Popcultcha Pennies on Funko items during this Celebration, however you will earn Popcultcha Pennies as normal. You will not be able to apply any discount codes provided to you by our staff or on postcards and marketing materials you may have received from Popcultcha. If you wish to use these separate discounts, you will need to create a separate online order with no Funko products.
(f) Cancelling an Order - Order cancellations will be treated as normal but may not be processed until the end of the event due to the sheer volume of incoming orders. Cancellations will not be refunded, however a gift card for the amount already paid will be provided. Popcultcha Pennies for these cancelled orders will not be replaced, as per our Pennies Policy/FAQ, here.
(g) Paying for your Order - If "Bank Deposit" is your chosen method of payment, funds must be received into our account no later than 24 hours after the conclusion of the event, else the price will revert to the original website price, with no discount applied. Instant payment methods such as Credit Card and PayPal should not delay the processing of your orders.
(h) Shipping Timelines - whilst we aim to have your order shipped within 24-48 hours of it being received, during peak sale periods this timeline is inevitably going to be longer due to the volume of orders we receive. If you require your items immediately, please use our EXPRESS POST shipping option within Australia and we will ship your order within 24 hours of it being received. This option is available in the check-out once you have entered your address. If it does not appear as a shipping option, you may live outside the Australia Post Express Post network.
(i) Sell-Outs and Delays - Popcultcha has the largest and most extensive range of Funko products globally and with this comes plenty of out of stocks, sell outs, damaged items in the warehouse becoming un-shippable etc. Should you encounter one of the above with your Popcultcha order, we will contact you and give you some options around a replacement item or store credit. Our staff are here to help you and we recognise your frustrations when the above occur from time to time, we ask that you please refrain from abusing us and allow us to best help you with your orders as quickly as we can!
(j) Hours of Assistance - please note our Customer Service and Warehouse team are on deck to help you and ship your orders Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm (AEST). Over the weekend, please email us at [email protected] and we will attend to your queries as soon as possible on Monday. The shipping of orders concludes at 6pm on Fridays and resumes from 7:00am on Monday, so please keep that in mind re: our shipping timelines above.
(k) USA and Canada - you guys and gals can order thousands of products from us during this sale. The only items you cannot check out are those with (RS) at the end of the product title. This stands for “Restricted Shipping” and can only be sourced from your local retailers in North America. There are still nearly 4,000 in stock Funko items that you can buy from us here at Popcultcha and we look forward to being of service to you! Please note all of our shipping options for you guys are tracked and start from $13 AUD.
