The site is dodgy as. Must have business address and 2nd line of address filled to progress to the next page, then it puts both firstname and surname in the first name field in the next form. It is also concerning that the promo does not seem to be advertised anywhere. Upvoting for benefit of the doubt (and hoping I don't have to decline credit card charges).
Submitted this morning. Had to use chrome browser as couldn't submit address details with Firefox.

I have seen the promo on IGA liquor & cellabrations website so it seems legit….
Yeah must say after attempting to do a claim I had second thoughts as their site was dodgy. Sent them an email and apparently they fixed the issues. Was a bit concerned it was a .com and not a com.au website, but just checked and there is a link from the Cellebrations website to the promo
This can be combined with the $30 off $100 ebay deal that's on until midnight tonight. I bought $70 worth of eligible wine and a bottle of Kahlua for just over $70. The tax invoice sent from Dan Murphy's shows the full price, not the eBay discount. I sent it in and my claim has already been approved.
