I have been looking for a Windows 10 Pro key for a week or so and this is the best price I could find! With the 25OFF coupon it is $14.99.
I purchased this one and it worked well.
I can see the seller also has MS Office 2016 Pro Plus for the same price. I am thinking to buy that one too.

Mod: Deal unpublished, Selly.gg is a classifieds or similar website and has been banned from future deal posts. Seller has 0 feedback and there no way of judging the 'business'. Moved to forums instead of unpublishing so lengthy discussion can continue.

    I bought my Window's 10 64 bit key for $2.99. You just need to go worldwide ebay instead of just the Australian one.

      We have reported these deals to Microsoft, eBay and other parties in the past with a result of no action. There appears to be loopholes in some countries where it is permitted to sell Windows 10 keys, e.g. Germany. Bottom line is if Microsoft and the seller sites don't care or won't act, then that is what we have to go off.

      In any case, this deal has been moved to the forums as we have now banned Selly.gg as it is basically a private sale akin to Gumtree (e.g. not a company). We will continue to monitor this thread and inform the community of any different statements from these companies. I suggest everyone report this to Selly.gg, Microsoft and any other relevant authorities.

    I only ever bought Windows XP, then between Windows 7 and 8.1 I used Windows enterprise 90 day trial editions, now just use Xzf npgvingbe, ba zlQvtvgnyyvsr (ROT13 Google it, and copy txt)

        I just needed a key to reinstall my computer and I thought I found a very cheap one. So I decided to share it here.

    No deal - I once had a key terminated on me and received direct email communication from Microsoft about why (how they got my details is a mystery to me) - basically I was given the option of buying at FULL RETAIL from them or being locked out of the OS. From memory I had to pay $200+ at the time for a full retail version of the OS.

    This platform (selly.gg) is used notoriously by sites who engage in the cracking, hacking and distribution of accounts, programs and other misc items.

    It wouldn't surprise me if these were Bizspark keys as the majority of keys handed out/sold on nulled/hf etc are exactly that.

      I can't believe how unintuitive win 10 is and how they are trying unsuccessfully to have one os for computers and devices when they are totally different animals. To change the ui so much after people have gone from xp to vista to 7, which are basically identical and which people are used to. Hate win 10

          what exactly dont you like about it?

          lots of people crap on about "oh i dont like 98, I dont like ME, I dont like Vista, I hate 8, I hate 10" without anything genuinely affecting how they use it

      I'm using WinXP on the main desktop as we speak, though i do have a separate Win7 installation.

      Got a tablet with Win8, and a laptop with Win10, though i have a little trouble driving them.

      So don't feel bad is wot i'm sayin.

          Look, i've been meaning to replace the 2009 desktop for a while now but been a little busy, but i'll ditch WinXP once i do that in the next 6 months or so and go Win10 Pro (i've got multiple keys…). Usually use Win7 anyway…

    Apparently these keys are OEM, they work but if you change mobo / CPU, they can't be tied to your account to be refreshed onto new mobo / cpu, if you buy a user license you can tie them onto your microsoft account and use it on a new system as many times as you like.

      The two types of licenses here differ conceptually. One is for normal Windows users, at least in theory — most Windows users don’t actually buy boxed copies of Windows. Another is for people building computers and preinstalling Windows, or maybe building their own PCs — it seems to go back and forth with each Windows release.

      Full Version/Retail licenses of Windows are the standard “consumer” version of Windows. If you’ve ever walked into an electronics store and saw a boxed copy of Windows on a shelf, you were looking at a retail license of Windows. These are designed for sale to average computer users who may be buying a new Windows license to upgrade their computer to a new version of Windows. It allows them to take their copy of Windows and install it on any PC they like — but it can only be installed on one PC at a time.
      System Builder/OEM licenses of Windows are used by computer manufacturers — “Original Equipment Manufacturers.” Not only are they used by large computer manufacturers like Lenovo, Asus, Dell, and HP, they’re used by the local computer shop you might buy a custom-built computer from. Microsoft has swung back and forth on whether “enthusiasts” can use System Builder licenses of Windows when building their own PCs. This type of license is designed to stay tied to a single PC forever.

      The System Builder License’s Limitations

      Here are the ways a System Builder license is limited:

      It’s Tied To One Computer/Motherboard: After you install your System Builder copy of Windows, it’s tied to that single computer you install it on forever. Specifically, it’s tied to that model of motherboard. The System Builder license of Windows becomes associated with a single system, while you can take a Retail copy of Windows and then install it on another computer in the future. Of course, it can still only be installed on one computer at a time.
      No Free Support From Microsoft: You don’t get any free support direct from Microsoft. This means you can’t call a Microsoft phone line and get help with any problems you experience. The System Builder license states that the system builder is responsible for providing support — so, if you buy a computer with a System Builder copy of Windows, the company or person who sold it to you is supposed to provide support. If you build your own computer with a System Builder copy of Windows, you’re responsible for providing your own support. This is only an issue if you want to call Microsoft — you still get updates from Windows Update, of course.
      Choose 64-bit or 32-bit At Time of Purchase: When you purchase a System Builder edition of Windows, you have to buy either a 32-bit or 64-bit version of the installation media. When you purchase a Full Version, both the 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Windows come on the same DVD. Because the software is designed to only run on one PC, it’s expected you’ll just choose 32-bit or 64-bit at time of purchase. (You probably just want the 64-bit edition of Windows at this point, anyway.)

        it has been explained before that people trying to resell ms office 2016 pro plus raises questionable practices. Despite you linking to oems win forsale and lots of rave reviews with the seller/site, still does not make them a rightful legally obliging business selling ms office 2016 pro plus!

        its difficult for ms to track and prosecute such sites when many of the obtained products have been sourced from untraceable crims who purchase them with stolen credit cards (making the products legit product codes) and resell them on the black market to sites like play-asia etc.etc.
