  • Can you please make it easier to see what the early bird rates are?

The prices are different at each carpark, but happy to get the ball rolling:

      320 Harris St is $15
      Allianz centre is $27
      109 Pitt is $38
      131 Macquarie St is $40
55 Holt St Surry Hills is $35

I have parked at 320 Harris St many times, happy to pay $10 to park there.

  • Be very very very careful with this company. They are extremely dodgy and unjust. They have Zero customer resolution or satisfaction. So be very careful because they are ruthless.

    • Why do you say that?

No disrespect to you or your post. I had used them a few months back to book a spot in the city and i parked and it worked all well. However i left 5 minutes (no kidding), before i was apparently supposed to leave (i had to exit After 3:00pm and i exited 2:55pm), and as soon as i left, i received an email with an additional charge of $45!!!!!

Yes..it was on their website but i didn't read or think that leaving early would be a disadvantage to the company, however it is a sneaky way to make money. I called up their head office in Sydney and they told me they would resolve it, i spoke to the 'manager' in Melbourne and he was sooooo damn rude, the worst customer service ever. And since then, i have sent them over 6 e-mails and they just ignore me now.

So i paid $15 for the day early bird, and an additional $45 for leaving 5 minutes 'early'….

You've got to adhere to the terms, you can't complain about being charged when you deviate from the offer terms. Nothing wrong with them enforcing their terms.

And plus, where do you draw the line, if they refund you for being 5 mins early, then what about 6 or 7 so on and so forth.

        • @elitehacker: I know and i agree to adhering to terms.. but let's be honest, it's a pretty shit term. If i was leaving late, then fair enough, you could argue i would be holding the spot from a next potential sale. But i left early..which would technically mean i am freeing it up for someone else.

And besides, the customer service i received was so damn rude, i was left speechless.

        • had a similar issue with them in Melbourne for leaving 5 mins before the early bird exit time, they charged me $55, so i called their customer service line and they provided credit note on the account for future use. i thought that was fair resolution.

        • @bestbuddy: Lucky guy! they offered me nothing but pathetic attitude. :(

        • @swifty7: try the melbourne number next time :)

        • @bestbuddy: I did.. and spoke with the 'manager' Darren..who literally ignores me.

  • I have parked at the Hilton before. A bit pricey normally (as you would expect). Can't complain about $5 off though!
