(For future reference: the main comp link under the title/"Go to competition" button are not ref links, only the link in the description is… Also, please ensure any adblockers/script blockers are disabled, leaving them enabled can stop refs from going through and sometimes gives you the wrong ref link to share)

Nah, it's a one-shot thing… if you have already entered a comp you can't go through on a ref link and have it register afterwards… I do expect some ref issues with comps like this (where they have multiple Gleam apps on the one page) though, don't stress too much XD Lag and glitches are also possibilities :)
