Just to put it out there, I wore a size 9 Kayano 22 which fitted my feet perfectly, so though I'd get these Kayano 23 from a previous deal in the same size however when I put them on, they felt a bit tighter and more narrow around the toes. ymmv though.
I think my mileage would indeed possibly vary if the shoes were tighter!
So best get a size up.
I've owned Kayano 19, 21 and 23 and with each iteration, they've subtly changed the form and fit of the shoe. If you do plan on purchasing the 23's I suggest you try a pair on in-store and see how the fit feels with your feet.
I own a Kayano 21 in US Size 14. It's probably one of the best models there was. It fits great.
