  I'm looking for high quality thongs. I'm over the Havaianas from Groupon and Aldi. The sole parts are fine but the knobby bits of the strap on the underside always break if I step on uneven surfaces. Are these thongs having high quality straps?

    Thanks so much for the question.
    Not only are they high quality, but they're not made of horrible non recyclable EVA which a lot of the popular well known brands in the market are.
    By using a different material on the strap we can also offer you a more comfortable fit along the top and sides of your feet :)

      I thought about it and decided to give these a go. Then I realised that the mens sizes max out at AU 11 (and there is a note on the website to err up in size. Why is the size range so limited?

        So far we have not had any comments coming back to us regarding sizes. I am a true size 11 UK and the largest size fits with ease.
        We are working hard to accomodate everybody and we will certainly take today's comments onboard.
        It's a shame that none of our current range will fit you, but keep a close eye on our site, or our Instagram or Facebook page (theflipflopco) as we will be anouncing any expansion of the range in the coming months

  Good Morning AlexF, thanks for the question.
  Our FlipFlops/thongs are produced by our inspected factory in China using our specific rubber specifications in order to create the product. We are quite pedantic when it comes to the production and selection of the rubber we use.
  The product is 80% natural and 20% recycled, and can be fully recycled. They are not made using EVA or any of the other harmful components that are usually used within FlipFlop production around the world.
  They are designed and produced to be not only environmentally friendly at production, but also at the end of there life. They can be easily recycled with a company we partner with, in order to keep them out of landfill.

  Unfortunately, at the moment we only do a standard fit width wise, and our biggest size is 11/12 so I don't think they would be suitable for you.
  I'm really sorry. Keep an eye on the site because we are running out an extended range which would encorporate the sizes you are looking at in the near future

      At OzBargain the description area resembles a shop window. Invest 3 minutes adding 4+ example bargains with direct links and obviously prices to generate Members' interest. Your 'edit' button is between 'view' and 'revisions'.

        It's more a lack of knowledge of how the "shop window" works, rather than an ignorance and a lack of time spent on adding the information today.
