        Also, looking at your startup plan to try you out. It says host up to 10 web sites. Does that include subdomains? How easy is it to setup additional domains linked to an account? (I tend to do most of my admin late at night, so want to be able to do self service rather than relying on chat or other support options.)
        Also, how long have you been operating? What are the risks of you shutting down unexpectedly?

          You can add up to 10 Addon Domains. This does not apply to subdomains, you're welcome to add as many subdomains as you like :)

          You can easily add and manage your account from cPanel (which is online 24/7)

    hi jamie, just clarify. this is 60% for the life of the product

    i.e. roughly $15 per year for the most basic web hosting for as long as its renewed each month?

    if we upgrade the plan later do we retain the discount?

    also do you allow more than 1 cpanel user per account?

      I can confirm that this discount is for the life of the service. This also stays on the account even if you upgrade.

      We always prefer when our customers pay yearly for our lower plans, as it saves us heaps in CC fees, but no biggie.
