great deal i thought, but alas it never arrived, after a week or so of emails back and for i finally got a refund.
Would like to add their customer service is rather lacking the emails seemed like a generic template, none of the responses seemed to link with my email complaints.
Honestly quite suprised as i've previously purchased numerous items through this site and never had a problem.
Awful company no surprise to me the problems many are having.
I received a fake Samsung sd card from them, difficult to get refund.
I've had a refund processed by them for this deal.
I started a support ticket with them about 5 weeks after paying and not having received the item. They said to give it another week.
Nothing arrived so they sent me a terrible additional contract stating I would return it to them if I ended up with two. I declined to sign and requested a refund stating that their additional contract was pretty terrible.
I received my refund early last week.
I have a feeling that this deal was probably never going to be honoured (lf the current early polling is anything to go by) and I've unfortunately missed other deals on the same product for less since then =(.

Ordered 2; 1 through eBay from them which was received and the one ordered directly through their site ala this deal not received.
Dispute lodged.
i still havent received mine yet either!
